Arthur And Rachel Cadman
Arthur and Rachel Cadman are a married team who design and make unique sculptural furniture and mirrors. They bring sensual curves, flowing form, and a sense of character to their work. The beautiful timber is selected through sustainable woodland management in the Brecon Beacons where their workshop is based. They create mainly to commission but speculative items are also produced for exhibitions and collectors, making optimum use of particular pieces of timber. They are members of the 'Society of Designer Craftsmen' and the ‘Makers Guild in Wales’ Their work can be seen in galleries and exhibitions and have also been printed in various books and magazines including ‘Bespoke' – Betty Norbury; 'Timber identification and uses' – Terry Porter; and Furniture and Cabinet-making magazine.
